Cancellation Policy & Terms

Soundtrack Records and Cassette Mfg Co believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour of purchase.
• The purchases are mainly for online download. And the download is activated immediately after receiving the payment.
• Once the download is activated and you realize that the purchase you made is wrong the money will not be refunded. Instead of that you can purchase another Mp3.
• If you find that you have purchased wrong Mp3 album you can immediately mail us at our e-mail id [email protected].
• You are given opportunity to listen to the songs and then make the payment so after download money will not be refunded.
• If in case exchange is done, it will be granted only for onetime.

Refund Policy –

Our Mp3 albums are sold online it’s an immediate process. Once you make the payment immediately download will be activated. We have given time to listen to the songs and then download so refund will not be done once download is started. But if you find that you wanted some another album and you selected some another album by mistake you will be allowed to activate likely album. For this you will have to mail us on our website [email protected] so that necessary decisions can be taken on it.
